Beginner & Improver Surf Club

1.5 hour surf lesson for women age 16+.  

This lesson is for beginner and improver surfers, so whether you've never surfed before or you're learning to catch your first green waves, this session is for you! We always tailor our coaching to your ability so you get the most out of every session. 

Surfboard and wetsuit hire is available on a first come, first serve basis. If you need to hire kit, please purchase both an 'individual' ticket AND a ticket with the relevant kit. 

We do our best to make our lessons as welcoming and inclusive as possible. LGBTQIA and non-binary folks are always welcome here. 

Meet in the car park at the North end of Freshwater West Beach. 

How to get there?

 When you arrive at Freshwater West, drive past the first car park with the toilets and carry on down the road through the sand dunes until yuo begin to climb the hill at the other end of the beach. The car park is located on the hill.

What to Bring

• boots - the water is cold at the moment and we recommend bringing these along. 
• towel
• swimming costume
• water
• any medication
