About the event
Join us for a 45 minute surf mobility session with Lauren Evans from Tideline Surf. followed by an optional swim and hot chocolate (provided by us).
Meet in Whitesands Carpark for 5pm
You will need:
Yoga mat
Flask of tea/coffee/drink if you don't want hot chocolate
Optional: costume and towel
Something warm for after!
It's going to be a lovely evening!!
